We want you to love your Yak Party pieces. If something doesn't work out, we make returns and exchanges simple. No hoops, no hassle—just send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- 30-day window Return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
- Original condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached
- Free returns Domestic returns are free. International returns ship at cost.
- Refund timing Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
How to Return
Start Your Return
Email us at returns@yakparty.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Get Your Label
We'll email you a prepaid shipping label (domestic) or return instructions (international) within 24 hours.
Ship It Back
Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop off at any carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Simply note your exchange request when you email us to start your return.
If your preferred size or color is available, we'll ship the exchange as soon as we receive your original item. If it's out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These are typically deeply discounted items or limited-edition pieces.
We recommend reviewing sizing information carefully before purchasing final sale items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that's damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@yakparty.com. Include photos of the damage and we'll make it right—whether that's a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
